It was the perfect morning for a run. Too bad I felt like I was hit by a truck. Heavy legs, sore core. It wasn’t pleasant.
Part of that is due to the awesome Tone It Up workouts I’ve been doing every night. It’s so nice to get home and do a little strength and toning, which actually feels like cardio halfway through. I seriously sweat! Anyone else??

I seriously love how these workouts make me feel. Not just after, but during. I feel like I get stronger every time and can do more reps. I never thought I’d be a ‘workout video’ kinda girl, but I’m officially convinced!

Soooo after that no-so-stellar run this morning… I hopped in the shower and I’m about to get ready to go to the studio where they shoot videos for our client at work. It’s going to be pretty cool to see where everything goes down and how the whole process works!

I’ll let you know how it all goes. Can’t wait to catch up on blogs later tonight {hopefully}. I was busy busy yesterday, so I’m looking at a good 50+ in my reader for today. Priorities, people.
